Refund policy

We have a no quibble 30 days exchange policy and a 14 days return or refund policy. Items must be unworn, in original packing with all the tags in place and in a clean and saleable condition. 

For christmas, there will be an extra 7 days for returns making it 21 days for purchases in December. 

There are some exceptions for the following items if worn or out of original packing.

Socks and underwears are not refundable if worn, without labels or tags and outside original packing. This is for health and safety reasons. This does not apply if the item is faulty.

After reading above, if you still fee you need to return your item, kindly put a note or the original packaging slip in the return parcel so that we know who to refund and send it to our address at the bottom of this page.
